Laundry facilities could use great improvements!!! Adding more carts for luggage would be so practical!!! Clearly marking the pool hours would prevent unnecessary confusion!!!

The venue's position was central. Excellent staff explained where we were staying.

Efficient stuff who provided friendly service, and everything perfect. Marvellous location for everything I could possibly need and near the John Hancock tower, and all the attractions. Again, not far from a skyscraper observation deck...

The room in the master bedroom.

The bedroom was new-fashioned and compact. Free Wi-Fi was premium and the service was impeccable.

Loved the spacious room with separate sleeping and sitting areas. The location was fab, just a stroll away from great restaurants. A lovely upgraded lakeview room!

And don't even get me started on the mini bar-was it on vacation too?

We stayed at your hotel for spring break. The best part was the pool for our kids. My husband and I enjoyed the larger hotel room and convenience of walking distance to many shops and attractions.

Except for one employee, the other employees were very helpful and courteous. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was great. The coffee in the room was excellent. The room kept out most of the surrounding noise. The room was very clean.

The flat screen TV was not high-def and the display was fuzzy. There were not enough channels. The hot tub was losing tiles. The hot tub was too hot. The pool was too cold. The microwave was not in a convenient location. Internet access should be free/included.

The rooftop indoor pool offers fantastic views of the city, making it a refreshing escape. Lake-view suites provide spacious accommodations that truly capture the essence of relaxation, ideal for both families and couples looking to unwind.

Elevators can feel a bit overwhelmed, especially during peak hours, making it a challenge to navigate during busy times. while the suites feature great views, some amenities, like ice machines, may not always be stocked, affecting convenience.

The venue is clean, with marvellous and fab location near Chicago, Michigan Avenue, nice restaurant and bars. Many thanks to accommodating staff for providing us with a very nice stay.

Staying at Hilton seemed like living in a cozy movie set! I thought I might spot a celebrity lounging in the corner. The views from the 30th-floor pool were just as amazing as the sunrise-if not more-turning mundane swim laps into a magical experience in the clouds. And let's not forget the Southern Cut Barbecue restaurant right downstairs. Their ribs are so tender they could practically sing you a lullaby!

Some noise issues

Clean and comfortable, loved the location, safety, suite was roomy for our two or could accomodate three easily.

Very nice Hotel with a great staff. Valet service was good, bell service was good, front desk service was great.

Restuarant was average, parking was expensive.
